The entire processing cycle, from receipt of the raw material to moulding and shipping, is subject to strict procedures to ensure complete control and traceability of the process. Strict controls are carried out for incoming materials;
- continuous and repetitive controls during production
- specific quality controls for products with critical points
- dimensional reports with specific control programs for each production batch
- SPC analysis to monitor any deviations
