BIMATERIAL ARTICLES

We use the different co-moulding technologies (core back moulding, rotary table, index) to develop articles made of two different materials, with a consequent reduction of the cost produced compared to traditional overmoulding and a technical improvement determined, where possible, by the perfect chemical adhesion between the two materials. We have n. 6 presses for bimaterial moulding (clamping force from 100 to 400 tons), which allow us to satisfy most production requirements

ELECTRICAL

We manufacture articles for the electrical sector using specific engineering plastics (techno-polymers) with high thermal resistance and self-extinguishing characteristics, favouring halogen-free materials with UL certification.

PLUMBING

We manufacture articles for the plumbing sector using specific engineering plastics (techno-polymers) stabilised to heat and hydrolysis, endowed with the main international certifications for food and drinking water contact (WRAS, KTW-DVGW, ACS, NSF51, NSF61).

MECHANICAL

We manufacture articles for the mechanical sector using specific engineering plastics (techno-polymers) with high thermal and mechanical resistance, transformed according to the supplier's requirements, with full consideration to the conditions of dehumidification of the granule and the thermoregulation of the mould.

MEDICAL

We manufacture articles for the medical sector using specific engineering plastics (techno-polymers) with the certifications required by the customer. All polymers are processed according to the supplier's requirements, with particular attention to ensure the absence of contamination and compliance with all procedures required by the certifications.

GAS

We manufacture articles for the gas sector using specific engineering plastics (techno-polymers), processed according to the supplier's specifications, with full consideration to the conditions of dehumidification of the granule and mould thermoregulation.

AUTOMOTIVE

We manufacture articles for the automotive sector using specific engineering plastics (techno-polymers) with high thermal resistance and self-extinguishing characteristics, favouring halogen-free materials with UL certification.
